Returns
We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you're not satisfied, we have a 30-day return policy. Please note that since our products are custom made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, we'll be happy to help. You'll receive an email after delivery with a link to rate your product. If you encounter any issues, please reply to that email and let us know. We'll work to resolve the issue and provide a free reprint or refund.
Alternatively, you can also contact us directly at support@magicalgraphic.com within 30 days of delivery and provide a clear photo showing the issue. We'll be happy to assist you with a resolution.
Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Products that are damaged or worn due to customer error
- Products that are ordered in the wrong size or color
- Products that are returned without a return request
- Products that are not in their original condition with all tags and packaging included
Refunds
If your return is accepted, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that refunds may take some time to process and post.
