*Refunds & Returns: Because each product is made to order, we only accept returns or provide refunds for items that are received defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you receive such an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
*Order Changes & Cancellations: Orders can only be changed or canceled within 2 hours of purchase, as production begins quickly after the order is placed.
*Non-Returnable Items: Due to the custom nature of on-demand production, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, size/fit issues, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Process: To start a return for an eligible issue, email us at support@magicalgraphic.com with your order number and details. Approved returns will be processed back to your original payment method.
*All sales are final except in cases of defect or error.
