Where we ship
We ship within the United States only right now.
Rates
- Free shipping on orders over $100
- Flat $6 shipping on orders under $100
How fast
- Ready-to-ship pieces: ships in 3 to 5 business days
- Custom orders: 2 to 3 weeks to make, then shipped
Once shipped, USPS typically delivers in 3 to 5 business days.
Tracking
You will get a tracking email as soon as your piece leaves our studio.

Returns
Final sale
Because every piece is one of one and handmade, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing preference. Please read the details and ask us questions before you buy — we would rather talk you through it.
If your piece arrives damaged
Email support@magicalgraphic.com within 14 days with your order number and clear photos. We will offer a repair, a comparable piece, or a full refund at our discretion.
Wear, weather, and care
Damage from wear, washing, weather, or not following the care card is not covered. These are handmade art pieces — please treat them like small paintings you wear.
Custom orders
Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
