Wild

Wild is for the person who is a lot underneath and doesn't need to prove it out loud.

The crown is a triangle bouquet — sunflowers, zinnias, and a blue butterfly resting in the middle — laser-burned into soft tan suede, then hand-painted color by color. The word Wild sits quietly below the bouquet. A single sunflower blooms on the brim. Small side sprigs finish the sides.

The beaded chain was made by hand specifically for this hat — earth-tone glass and stone beads, warm brown, amber, and gold, threaded to sit exactly across the front band.

About the cap itself

Wild is on a soft, unstructured suede cap — the crown relaxes when you wear it, no stiff front panel. It sits lower and softer than a structured cap. If you have always worn structured baseball caps, this will feel different in your hand and on your head. That's the point.

Before you buy

Wild is a soft cap, not a structured one. It shapes to your head, not the other way around. The beaded chain is removable — unclip the two metal loops and the chain comes off. Suede is a natural-look surface: keep it away from heavy rain and don't machine wash. Spot clean only.

Care

Spot clean with a soft dry brush or barely-damp cloth. Air dry away from direct sun. Store on a rounded surface so the crown holds its soft shape.
